Today, a meeting was held on personnel changes chaired by the regional akim Nurlybek Nalibayev. The new head of the Aral-Syr Darya Basin Inspectorate for the Regulation, Protection and Use of Water Resources, Zeynulla Kaztoganov, was introduced at the meeting. First, the head of the region congratulated Kairatbek Sarsenbayev, who previously served as the head of the Aral-Syr Darya Basin Inspectorate of the Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation, on his honorary leave.
“Our colleague has served with honor as the first deputy akim of the Syrdarya district, head of the regional finance department, akim of the Shieli and Zhalagash districts, head of the regional mobilization readiness department, and deputy head of the department of agriculture and land relations. His professional qualifications and civic stance served as an example for young specialists. He put justice and honesty at the forefront in every decision and made a great contribution to the socio-economic development of our region. On behalf of the entire Syr community, we wish you good health and well-being to your family,” said the head of the region.
At the meeting, Kairatbek Aubakirovich was awarded the Certificate of Honor of the Kyzylorda region.
The regional akim wished success to Zeinulla Kaztoganov in his new position and outlined a number of tasks.
“I instruct the new head to implement the decisions of the International Fund for Saving the Aral Sea and the Interstate Water Management Coordination Commission, take concrete measures to provide water to arable lands, and work to preserve the North Aral Sea,” said N. Nalibayev.
Zeinulla Moldagaliovich was born in 1972 in the Aral region. He studied at the Kyzylorda Institute of Agroindustrial Production Engineers with a degree in reclamation engineer. In 1998-1999, he was an engineer at the Aral-Syr Darya Basin Water Management Association of the Water Resources Committee, and in 2000-2023, he held various positions in the Aral-Syr Darya Basin Inspectorate for Regulation and Protection of Water Resources Use. From 2023 to the present, he has been the Deputy Head of the Inspectorate.
