From January 25, 2025, the Citizen Reception Center will operate in a new administrative building at 97 Abay Street, Semey.
The Citizen Reception Center will allow visitors to submit applications, receive advice from representatives of various departments, as well as sign up for personal receptions with the first heads of state bodies.
Citizens can apply on issues of housing and communal services, housing relations and housing inspection, passenger transport and roads, education, healthcare, employment coordination and social programs.
For the convenience of citizens, the hall of the Citizen Reception Center will be equipped with the following functions: "Reception", "Waiting area", "Result", "Self-service", "Consultation" and "Personal reception" zones are divided into zones. A single electronic queue has been introduced on the information system, and there are also offices for a psychologist, lawyer and medical worker.
Work schedule: Monday-Friday, 09.00 - 18.30, lunch time 13.00-14.30.
In addition, personal reception of citizens is held in the central area in accordance with the schedule approved by the leadership of territorial departments, the akimat of Abay region and the city of Semey. The schedule is published in advance on the website of the regional akimat and on social networks.
