Vice Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan Bekbolat Moldabekov held a briefing at the Central Communications Service and answered journalists' questions about new digital projects.
He noted that a number of digitalization measures have been taken within the framework of the "Digital Justice" program, which will save money and time, ensure the quality and accessibility of services.
Today, a chat bot with artificial intelligence (AI) elements has been developed to provide legal advice to citizens. Currently, the ZAN Komegi mobile application is undergoing testing and additional verification.
In order to implement AI, a working group has been created from representatives of IT organizations (zan bar, iprav, QarMU, KazNTU, KazNU, etc.) aimed at developing platforms for providing legal services without budget funds. For example, adilet.zan, E-Zan Komegi, ΑӨΟ ААЖ, etc. Extensive work has been done in a number of areas.
In the near future, it is planned to launch a project on online registration of real estate in the cities of Astana and Almaty, together with Freedom Bank.
Also, this year, the ministry plans to introduce a chatbot with artificial intelligence in the “E-Law Assistance” mobile application in order to increase legal literacy and accessibility of legal advice.
This will allow citizens to get answers to legal questions of interest to them 24/7.
The overall work is aimed at saving financial and time costs, while improving the quality of life of people in the new digital era.
