As part of the Year of Working Professions, a festival is being held in Astana to increase the importance of the working person and popularize working professions.
One of the main attractions of the festival is the Street of Agrarians, organized by the Ministry of Agriculture together with strategic partners. The partners include Ecoculture-Eurasia LLP, AgromashHolding KZ, Eurasia Agro Semey LLP, Qazsut Milk Chamber, Westfalie, the Association of Egg Producers of Kazakhstan, the Union of Poultry Breeders of Kazakhstan, and the Seifullin Kazakh Agrotechnical Research University.
Agricultural, livestock and mechanization pavilions were set up on Agrarian Street, showcasing the achievements of the industry.
Visitors can get acquainted with modern agricultural technologies, test a tractor driving simulator, see innovative milking equipment, take a 3D tour of the greenhouse complex, and participate in other interesting experiences.
The Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the National Agricultural and Food Industry Association, and Seifullin KazATZU jointly organized a panel discussion on the topic "Agricultural and Industrial Complex Specialists: The Role of the State, Business, and Education." It discussed the issues of staffing the industry, modern trends in the development of agriculture, the role of digital technologies and future specialists in increasing the efficiency of the agricultural sector.
Special attention was paid to the importance of the accelerated industrialization of agricultural production. This should be achieved through increasing technical equipment, introducing scientifically based agricultural technologies, strengthening scientific support and innovative developments, as well as developing a personnel training system in line with the needs of the specific sector.
The "City of Working Professions" festival continues its work, offering visitors a unique opportunity to learn more about promising specialties and modern technologies in various fields, including agriculture.
