The capital's police continue to fight hooliganism and violators of public order. Another group of vandals who damaged someone else's property has been brought to justice, the official website of the Astana akimat reports.
On January 25, at around 10:00 p.m., a 29-year-old man deliberately damaged the parking lot door and removed the frame of the building's entrance door in one of the residential complexes.
On the night of February 1, a 32-year-old resident, while intoxicated, intentionally kicked and damaged the mirror and interior of the elevator.
The next day, a 33-year-old man, while intoxicated, intentionally damaged and broke public property in one of the residential complexes.
On February 11, at around 12:00 a.m., a 31-year-old resident of Astana, while intoxicated, kicked and broke a mirror worth 25,000 tenge.
On the night of February 12, two drunk men on Baitursynov Street broke a bus stop. They turned out to be 22 and 19-year-old men.
The violators were found and held accountable for intentionally breaking or damaging someone else's property.
As part of the "Stop, Vandal!" campaign, raids are being conducted day and night in Astana, and explanatory work is being carried out among residents about the importance of maintaining public order and caring for city property. The goal of the campaign is to stop any hooliganism and maintain cleanliness and order.
Volunteers, activists, famous athletes, public figures and city residents took part in the event.
Vandalism prevention work is being carried out within the framework of "Law and Order" in coordination with the city prosecutor's office and police department.
