A pilot project has been launched in the Akmola region within the framework of the instruction of the Head of State to introduce a unified drone infrastructure.

This project, entitled "Unified Drone Infrastructure", is aimed at increasing the transparency and efficiency of management of state and infrastructure projects. The system will allow to monitor the construction of schools and roads, monitor the condition of heating networks, identify violations in the field of subsoil use, and improve the quality of housing and communal services.

At a meeting held at the regional akimat, the Akmola region's Department of Digitization and Archives, together with Kazakhtelecom JSC, presented the project to the regional akim. During the presentation, the possibilities of using unmanned aerial vehicles for operational monitoring and analysis were demonstrated.

The regional akim supported this initiative and noted that drones will be used in the cities of Kokshetau and Koschy during the pilot phase. In addition, mobile drones will be used to inspect remote settlements.

In addition, drones record violations of the law in the field of subsoil use and ensure compliance with environmental standards.
