Pilot projects are being implemented in Taraz to ensure the safety of children in schools

Akim of Zhambyl region Yerbol Karashukeyev visited schools in Taraz and inspected the implementation of pilot projects to ensure the safety of children.
The Otan Mektep information and software complex has been installed in secondary school No. 64 in the Uly Dala microdistrict.
The 1,200-seat school (2,285 students in two shifts) was built last year. 132 teachers work here. The school has 56 classrooms, 6 computer rooms, 2 language labs, an assembly hall, 2 gyms, a canteen, a library, 4 workshops and 3 scientific laboratories.
The Alakan project has been launched in pilot mode at secondary school No. 63 for 600 places, located in the Arai massif.
According to the director of the school, Medet Zhanteliev, 481 students are enrolled, 38 teachers work. There are 4 computer rooms, 3 new modification rooms, 4 workshops, an assembly hall, a gym and a dining room.
The pilot projects "Otan Mektep", "Alakan" allowed parents to record the time of arrival and departure of children home, the time of visiting the dining room and the amount spent through a mobile application. Educational literature is also included in the system.
Erbol Karashukeyev noted that the issue of ensuring the safety of children is under special control, and instructed to comprehensively study the effectiveness of pilot projects.
Similar projects are planned to be implemented in other schools.
