Rakhymzhan Isakulov appointed Vice Minister of Industry and Construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan

By the decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Rakhymzhan Yerzhanovich Isakulov was appointed to the post of Vice Minister of Industry and Construction. This is reported by the Government's press service.
He was born in 1987 in Shymkent.
He graduated from Royal Holloway University of London and Bedford New College, the National Graduate Institute of Political Studies of Japan.
He started his career in 2010 as an acting assistant to the Office of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In 2013-2018, he worked in various positions in the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan from consultant of the Department of Civil Service and Personnel Policy to State Inspector of the Department of State Control and Organizational and Territorial Work.
2018-2020 – Head of the office of the Akim of the West Kazakhstan region.
2020-2022 – Head of the Office of the Mayor of Astana.
2022-2023 – Head of the Staff of the Ministry of Information and Public Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 2023 until his appointment, he held the position of Head of the Staff of the Ministry of Industry and Construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
