The Department of Quality and Environmental Control of the city of Shymkent has compiled a list of residential complexes in which apartments are not recommended for purchase. They do not have permits to raise funds from shareholders for construction:
Abai district:
1. RAMADAN shopping center - Asar-2 microdistrict, plot 3195/1
2. BAKSARAI shopping center - Asar-2 microdistrict, plot 3203
Al-Farabi district:
3. Multi-storey residential building (without a name) - Kunchikis microdistrict, 63 Silk Road Ave.
Turan district:
4. AVENUE-32 shopping center - N. Torekulova Street, 4/3
5. Multi–storey residential building (without a name) - Otyrar microdistrict, M. Dulati Street, 206A.
Complaints about the quality of housing are received from apartment owners on plots 10 and 15A of the DAMDES-OTAU residential complex located in the Shymkent City microdistrict.
