By Decision of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission No. 122 dated November 5, 2024, the validity period of the transitional provisions of the technical regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union "On the safety of natural Gas prepared for transportation and (or) use" (TR EAEU 046/2018) was extended until the date of entry into force of the international agreement on the formation of a common gas market of the Union, but no later January 1, 2030.
By Decision of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission No. 123 dated November 5, 2024, the validity period of the transitional provisions of the technical regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union "On the Safety of oil prepared for transportation and (or) use" (EAEU TR 045/2017) was extended until January 1, 2027.
These changes were made to the decisions of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission No. 39 dated March 19, 2019 and No. 36 dated March 6, 2018, respectively.
