Today, a training seminar on the implementation of state policy in the field of interethnic relations was held in the House of Friendship of the city of Karaganda.
Priorities, tasks and main directions of state policy in the field of interethnic relations were discussed at the seminar, as well as explanations of the algorithms of interaction of state bodies in this area were given.
The speakers stressed the importance of the development of interethnic communications as the main instrument of integration and harmony in society. The role of fostering patriotism and civic values, especially among young people, in strengthening the unity of the nation and harmonizing interethnic relations was also noted.
Special attention was paid at the seminar to the prevention of interethnic incidents and the development of ethnomediation. They stressed the importance of using legal methods to resolve conflicts, as well as conducting active preventive and awareness-raising work.
The seminar became a significant platform for open dialogue and exchange of experience in the field of interethnic relations.
