The II Republican contest of performers of traditional songs named after the Honored Artist of Kazakhstan Zh. Yelebekova.
The competition was organized by the college in honor of the singer's 120th birthday.
The Grand Prix was won by a student of the Republican Variety and Circus College named after Zh. Yelebekova Askat Ermuratuly.
During the event, all the songs from the repertoire of the outstanding artist were performed.
Of the 35 participants from all over the republic, 15 advanced to the second stage and, following the results of the competition, won the title of Diploma Holder, the audience award and the diploma of the I-II- III degree.
