The Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan has developed draft Rules for the interaction of labor mobility centers with private employment agencies (hereinafter – CHAZ) on the organization of labor activities of citizens of Kazakhstan abroad. The document is posted on the Open NPAs portal for public discussion.
The main purpose of the document is to provide training for Kazakhstanis traveling to work outside the republic, effective organization of their work activities and protection of labor rights abroad.
The rules establish requirements for private companies applying to participate in the employment of citizens abroad, and also determine the procedure for interaction of these agencies with labor mobility centers.
The procedure for the selection by private employment agencies of applicants wishing to find a job abroad and their training is also regulated.
In addition, it provides for the creation and maintenance of a register of CHAZS that meet the established requirements.
