The XXVI International Competition of young performers "Kazakh Romance" has ended in Turkestan. At the solemn event, Deputy Akim of the region Yertai Altaev noted the high importance of such international competitions and wished success to the winner of the Grand Prix, who received a ticket to the final competition of romance performers scheduled in December in Moscow.
The competition, organized by the Akimat of the Turkestan region and the socio-political newspaper South Kazakhstan, gathered 60 participants from Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan. The competition was held in two stages, according to the rules of the competition. The participants performed romances in Kazakh and Russian.
The work of the contestants was evaluated by the jury, which included: Honored Artist of Russia, author and organizer of the international competition "Romansiada" Galina Preobrazhenskaya; People's Artist of Uzbekistan, leading soloist of the Alisher Navoi State Academic Bolshoi Theater Avaz Rajabov; Honored Artist of the Kyrgyz Republic Igor Vorontsov; soloist of the Abai State Academic Opera and Ballet Theater, associate professor of the Department Gulzat Beisenkyzy, Honored Worker of Kazakhstan, leading soloist of the Astana Opera Talgat Musabayev, as well as a guest of the gala concert - winner of the first prize of the competition of young performers of Russian romance "Romanciada-2018", opera singer Nikolai Zemlyanskikh.
By the decision of the jury, the Grand Prix of the competition was awarded to Nursultan Anuarbek (Astana).
Also in the direction of "Kazakh romances", Alizhan Kazbekov (Pavlodar), Sayat Sakitzhan (Astana) took 1st place, Oraz Mukhamediyar (Shymkent) took 2nd place, Akobirjon Sobirzhonov (Namangan), Nazim Dauletovna (Almaty) took 3rd place, Askat Bayyshov (Bishkek) took 1st place in the direction of "Russian romances" Altynbek Arystanbek (Astana), 2nd place was taken by Akhrorbek Abdukakhkhorov (Tashkent), Zhannur Berdibekova (Astana), Roman Chesnov (Bishkek), 3rd place was taken by Simak Satybaldiyev (Bishkek), Daniyar Aitkuzhinov (Almaty).
In the nomination "Miss Romansiad" Janelle Muratbek (Shymkent), in the nomination "Hope of the Romansiad" Nursandibek Zhaksylyk (Kyzylorda), Aruzhan Ishanbek (Kyzylorda), Aizhan Pernekhan (Shymkent), Magzhan Omirbekov (Almaty), in the nomination "Artistic skill and brightness" Ulan Asekov (Bishkek), in the nomination "For fidelity to Romance" Zhanibek was awarded to Bolatov (Astana), Bakhyt Kydyrbayev (Nukus), Azizbek Usmonov (Tashkent).
