The next hero of our column "Faces of Science" is Dauran Kulbatyrov.
Dauran Kamysbaevich is a leading researcher at the Geoecology Laboratory at the N.K.Nadirov Institute of Petrochemical Engineering and Ecology at Utebayev University.
In 2003, he began his teaching career as a trainee teacher at the Atyrau Institute of Oil and Gas.
Management of scientific projects:
Rational use of the natural water of Lake Inder (2017).
Background state of the northeastern coastal region of the Caspian Sea (2019-2020).
Study of the composition of oil processed at the Atyrau Refinery (2022-2023).
Investigation of the influence of the sulfur storage site on atmospheric air quality (2023).
Participated in international projects such as TEMPUS IEMAST: "Industrial Ecology" (2012-2015), Erasmus+ GEOCLIC: Climate Change Adaptation Project (2020-2023).
Dauran Kulbatyrov was sent to the scientific path by the mentors of his educational institution, where he studied. Professors and teachers, seeing his knowledge and aspiration, suggested that he stay at the university, continue his studies and gain experience. Having accepted this offer, Dauran Kamysbaevich began his career as a trainee teacher, held various positions and today is a leading researcher at the Geoecology laboratory.
