Akim of the region,Nurlybek Nalibaev, conducted a site visit to the city of Kyzylorda, where he inspected the progress of reconstruction of intra-quarter heat networks.
The project aims to upgrade 2.97 kilometers of networks. The following organizations are involved in the work: general contractor — "Mechanizator-K", subcontractor - "Asanas-Dar", designer CB "MunaiGas Engineering", technical supervision - "Aktaustroyexpert".
It should be noted that the project "Heat supply of the left bank of the Syrdarya River in the city of Kyzylorda. Unfinished construction" has been prepared; a positive conclusion of the state examination has been received. KZT 300 million have been allocated from the regional budget for the operation of the boiler house this year, the funds were reviewed, the furnace of boiler No. 2, the fuel storage tank, the chemical purification system and water automation were modernized. Now the boilers are fully operational.
Next, the head of the region went to the construction site for a 400-place physics and mathematics boarding school with a 300-place dormitory on the left bank of the Syrdarya River. The general contractor «Promstroyservice», technical supervision and partnership «Stroyexpert» work at the facility.
The head of the region also inspected the construction of 6 seven-story residential buildings on the left bank, and inspected the work carried out by the general contractors Aman Kurylys, Orion LTD, Rigolit, Promstroyservis, E Abu-Ser, and the author's supervision partnership Kazakh Zhoba Kurylys.
Due to the state support within the framework of "Concept of development of housing and communal infrastructure for 2023-2029", it is planned to put into operation 864 thousand sq. meters of housing from all sources of financing.
This year, KZT 39.1 billion was allocated from the budget for housing construction and the purchase of finished apartments from private developers. By the end of the year, more than 2.5 thousand apartments will be commissioned.
Within the framework of the national project, 21 residential buildings with 1154 apartments are being built. It is planned to purchase 1819 apartments for socially vulnerable groups of the population instead of 135 apartments in emergency housing. To date, 780 apartments have been purchased for these groups. Over the past two years, about 4 thousand apartments were transferred, the housing issue of 17 thousand residents was resolved.
The volume of housing construction increased by 126%, from 683. sq. meters in 2022 to 741 thousand sq. meters in 2023, until the end of the year is planned to increase by 864. square.meters.
The regional akim pointed out that quality and deadlines are the primary requirements.
The main requirement for all new and upgraded facilities is quality. After commissioning, facilities should be unhindered, for many years to service the population. Then follow the construction completion dates. The results of the work done should be seen by the public in time. Responsible authorities of the industry should regularly check repair work and avoid shortcomings, said the head of the region.
