Applications for the program for working youth under 35 years of age in Shymkent will be accepted on November 27, 2024 from 9:00 to 19:00 on November 29, 2024.
Basic requirements for participants of the "zhastar" program:
- A citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan under the age of 35 (up to 34 years) who has mastered educational curricula and carries out labor activities of general education schools and (or) organizations of technical and professional and (or) post-secondary and (or) higher and (or) postgraduate education;
- monthly income not less than 40 monthly calculation indices (147,680) (for the last 6 months);
- permanent registration of the applicant in the city of Shymkent for at least the last 3 (three) years before submitting the application;
- availability of permanent registration of family members of the applicant in the city of Shymkent;
- absence of housing in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the last 5 (five) years prior to submission of the application, with the exception of residential buildings that are in a state of emergency, where there is a risk of collapse (destruction) of the applicant, spouse (s), children (if any) ;
- availability of a savings account (deposit) in a quasi-public sector entity, which is a second-tier bank operating within the framework of the housing construction savings system.
