This year, it is planned to replace 29 emergency stairs (elevators) in 16 multi-storey residential buildings in Shymkent. Currently, work is underway to replace 22 operational stages (elevators) of 12 multi-storey residential buildings. By the end of the year, work will be carried out to replace 6 emergency stairs (elevators) in 4 additional multi-storey residential buildings.
In addition, the owners of residential buildings No. 128, 132, 135B, 135A in the Nursat microdistrict applied for the need to replace the emergency staircase (elevator) units. In this regard, a general meeting was held with apartment owners of multi-storey residential buildings, detailed explanatory work was carried out on the requirements of the legislation, and a protocol was issued.
It should be noted that in accordance with the housing legislation, the decision on major repairs (modernization, reconstruction, restoration, operational stage (elevator) of the common property of the facility is made at a meeting with the participation of more than half of the total number of owners of apartments, non-residential premises. The decision is made if the majority of the total number of owners of apartments, non-residential premises agrees.
