Representatives of QazIndustry held working meetings with industrialists of the Akmola region. They got acquainted with the production processes at the enterprises of the city of Kokshetau and talked about the services of KCE.
QazIndustry employees visited the production sites of the companies "Enki" and "Enki plus", "Black", "Kazrost Engineering", "Household Chemicals Plant", "Kazdelikates", "Natizhe" sut fabrikasy", "Gormolzavod" and IP "Aldabergenova".
The profile of the enterprises turned out to be very different: from the production of bricks and interior items to the production of agricultural machinery and tailoring. Despite the different specifics of their activities, all companies have one thing in common: they claim government support.
Representatives of the QazIndustry Business Promotion and Digital Transformation directorates held a seminar on industrial incentive measures and digital solutions for industrial enterprises. It was organized jointly with the branch of NCE "Atameken" of the Akmola region. It was attended by members of the Council of Industry and the Council of Agriculture and Food Industry.
A specialist from QazIndustry's IT partner, Welldone Company, spoke about the types of online training for the industrial sector. The participants of the meeting learned that the training of personnel, including employees of industrial enterprises, is an important element of the development of production facilities. For this purpose, synchronous, asynchronous and hybrid remote formats are used.
"Distance learning for employees to improve their competencies is very convenient due to the accessibility of the format, its low cost and flexible monitoring of progress," representatives of the Digital Transformation Directorate note. "The use of modern simulators and simulators to practice skills in a secure virtual environment allows us to improve the quality of work and standardize processes."
IT specialists also talked about the Wellbeing CS cybersecurity platform, which helps employees master basic information security skills.
During the visit to the enterprises, the experts of the Business Promotion Directorate identified the costs associated with improving technological processes, increasing the competence of employees and production efficiency, which can be reimbursed as part of support measures. And employees of the Directorate of Digital Transformation conducted an analysis of business processes at enterprises and identified key areas for the introduction of digital technologies.
According to QazIndustry, the results of the field work will make it possible to create recommendations on digital transformation for each enterprise aimed at optimizing production processes and improving competitiveness.
Recall that QazIndustry provides services for the development and implementation of digital strategies for the modernization of production facilities. More and more industrial companies wishing to digitize technological processes are interested in this type of support.
Another bonus: in the case of the introduction of IT solutions from domestic developers into the work of enterprises, the amount of cost recovery from QazIndustry will be not 40%, but 50%. That is, in addition to stimulating industry, such a measure is also aimed at supporting Kazakhstani IT developers.
