Taking into account the absence of specialized warehouses for storing vegetables and fruits in the region, the Ulytau Social and Entrepreneurial Corporation (SEC) is implementing a state program for preferential lending to projects in the field of agro-industrial complex with an annual rate of 2.5 percent. This project plays an important role in stabilizing the price level in the region.
The SEC also provides preferential loans in a number of areas in the field of agro-industrial complex on the following conditions:
• Term — up to 10 years;
• The maximum loan amount is no more than 5 billion tenge;
• The annual rate is 2.5 percent;
