Kiyanbekov Zhenis Shadievich was born on May 9, 1986.
He is a financier and lawyer by profession.
He graduated from the Kazakh National Agrarian University and Karaganda State University. Buketova.
He started his career as a leading specialist in the Finance Department of the Almaty region.
Over the years, he has held the following positions:
• Head of the Budget Execution Monitoring Department of the Almaty Region Finance Department;
• Head of the Accounts and Receipts Department of the Treasury Department for the city of Astana;
• Head of the Treasury Department of the Ulytau district of the Karaganda region and the city of Zhezkazgan.
Since 2022, he has worked as the head of the Internal Audit Department of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Treasury Department in the Ulytau region.
