Zhailaubayev Bakytzhan Omirtaevich was born on January 21, 1984.
He graduated from the O. Baikonurov Zhezkazgan University with a degree in Law.
In different years, Satpayev held positions in the city:
• Director of the cultural and leisure center;
• Head of the Internal Policy Department.
Also worked:
• Head of the Department of Analysis and Planning of the Committee for Civil Society Affairs of the Ministry of Information and Public Development;
• Head of the Department of Digitalization and Informatization of the Ministry of Energy.
Since the founding of the region, Ulytau has held the position of Deputy akim of the city of Zhezkazgan on social issues.
