The IV Republican Forum of Healthcare Managers "Leadership and Sustainable Development" was held in Almaty, where new approaches and strategies for the future development of medicine and improving the efficiency of the industry were discussed.

In healthcare, these are those who not only make decisions, but also inspire teams, create conditions for growth and development, strive for quality and accessibility of medical care for all citizens," First Vice Minister Timur Sultangaziev said in his welcoming speech.
During the Forum, special attention is paid to the role of managers in maintaining the status of medical workers, managing changes, accessibility of medical services, as well as effective interaction between public and private healthcare institutions.
As a result of the Forum, strategies and solutions will be developed aimed at improving the efficiency of the health care system, strengthening leadership among its leaders and sustainable development of the industry in the face of modern challenges.
