Overloading of 85 tons: a malicious violator of weight control was fined in Zhambyl region

Employees of the Transport Control Inspectorate of the Ministry of Transport performed the procedure of weighing vehicles.

it amounted to about 26 million 850 thousand tenge.

The weighing was carried out in the presence of the carrier himself, represented by the director of the LLP and representatives of the Main Transport Prosecutor's Office, with the involvement of a surveyor and specialists of JSC "NaTSeX", who, in turn, confirmed the compliance of the weighing equipment and the site with the requirements.

Thus, according to the results of transport control, 22 protocols on administrative offenses for:
1) exceeding the weight parameters in the special resolution by 85 tons;
2) violation of the work and rest regime of drivers;
3) obstruction of officials;
4) the absence of an admission card for international transportation.

Previously, this carrier refused to weigh in and tried to influence the situation by misinforming the media and the public.

We remind you that the practice of not weighing vehicles can lead to premature destruction of the roadway due to the intensity of travel of heavy vehicles and the failure to receive the amount of fees and fines from domestic and foreign carriers in excess of the norm to the state budget.

The Ministry of Transport will strengthen transport control over compliance with weight standards by large-sized vehicles and calls on road cargo carriers to strictly comply with the requirements of transport legislation and not allow travel exceeding permissible weight and dimensional parameters without special permission.
