"Thanks to the support of the head of state and the government, in 9 months of this year, the volume of construction work amounted to $ 173 billion. 830 million in general, intensive construction work has been carried out in the Kyzylorda region over the past 2 years," the head of the region said.
Within the framework of the "concept for the development of housing and communal infrastructure for 2023-2029", 864 thousand square meters of housing are planned to be commissioned from all sources of financing. This year, 39.1 billion tenge is provided from the budget for the construction of housing and the purchase of ready-made apartments from private developers, more than 2.5 thousand apartments will be commissioned by the end of the year.
As part of the national project, the construction of 21 residential buildings for 1,154 apartments is underway. It is planned to purchase 1,819 apartments for socially vulnerable segments of the population, 135 apartments instead of emergency houses. To date, 780 apartments have been purchased for these groups. Over the past two years, about 4 thousand apartments have been transferred, and the housing issue of 17 thousand residents has been resolved.
The volume of housing construction increased by 126%, from 683 thousand square meters in 2022 to 741 thousand square meters in 2023, it is planned to increase by 864 thousand square meters by the end of the year.
In the construction sector, 134.8 billion tenge has been allocated for the implementation of 189 projects this year. Including 85 projects to attract engineering and communication infrastructure, 36 educational facilities, 22 health facilities, 13 cultures, 14 sports, 1 public order, 1 mobilization training, 3 government buildings, 21 residential buildings with 1,154 apartments.
Since the beginning of the year, the "Arts Center", "Blood Center", "Table Tennis Center", "Palace of Schoolchildren" and "cozy school" with 900 seats on the left bank have been put into operation in Kyzylorda. The construction of a new stadium, the building of the innovation and creative center, and the music college has begun. In all districts there are a museum, a library, an archive, a wedding hall, centers for veterans and mothers, youth, "centers of spirituality" of a typical type, uniting representatives of civil society and historical, cultural, spiritual organizations, 9 outpatient clinics and 2 paramedic obstetric stations, a hospital in the village of Tasparyk of Zhanakorgan district, in the village of Saksaul of the Aral Sea in the district, in the village of Zhanakorgan, a "school house" and 3 comfortable schools are rented.
In addition, this year, design and estimate documentation for 17 facilities has been developed at the expense of sponsors.
