This was stated by Akim of Kyzylorda region Nurlybek Nalibayev during a briefing in the Central Communications Service.
In accordance with the instruction of the Head of State, a major project is being implemented in the country to activate the work of thermal power plants. There are $215 billion in Kyzylorda.The construction of a new thermal power plant with a capacity of 240 megawatts per tenge is in full swing.
"With the direct support of the president, today the investor - the Turkish company Aksa Energy - invested 127 billion tenge in the construction of the heating center. The center will be handed over for the benefit of the country in September next year. The construction process is under the direct control of the Head of State and the Government. The new thermal power plant is the largest, unprecedented project invested in the investor's finances over the years of independence," the head of the region said.
After the commissioning of the new facility, 773 employees will work in a modern building equipped with advanced technologies.
38 projects in tenge are being implemented in the direction of providing electricity to the population of 11 billion dollars.
