This year, 1,283 families have been provided with housing in Taldykorgan, and the waiting list has decreased by 8.3%. At the same time, 1,448 families will be provided with housing in 2025. The construction of 28 houses for 1,041 apartments, 107 cottages will be completed and 300 apartments for socially vulnerable segments of the population will be purchased. Thus, in 2023-2025, about 5 thousand waiting lists will be provided with housing. This was announced today by Akim of the region Beibit Isabayev during a meeting with the population of Taldykorgan, the press service of Akim of the region Zhetisu reports.
As the head of the region noted, the housing issue continues to be the most sensitive in the regional center. At this stage, there are more than 15 thousand people on the housing waiting list. At the same time, there are idle houses that spoil the appearance of the city. In this regard, Beibit Isabayev instructed to take concrete measures to complete the construction of these houses.
- Changes have been made to the General Plan of the city of Taldykorgan, which completely eliminates dotted and chaotic buildings, taking into account the load on engineering and communication networks. According to the General Plan, work is underway on the construction of new residential districts, for example, 41 multi-storey residential buildings are being designed in the 11th, 12th, and 13th residential districts of the Southwestern Residential District and on the right bank of the Karatal River," B. Issabayev said.
As the head of the region emphasized, taking into account the development of the city, one of the most urgent tasks is to ensure uninterrupted heat supply. At the same time, most of the city is provided with centralized heat supply by the Basquat boiler house, which operates year-round and is loaded up to 90%. Meanwhile, there has been a significant increase in construction and population in the city:
- Over the past two years alone, 51 multi-storey residential buildings and 5 social facilities have been built in new neighborhoods of the city. In 2025, it is planned to build 28 more multi-storey residential buildings, which in turn requires a significant increase in thermal energy consumption. In this regard, measures are being taken to reduce the load of the Basquat boiler house," the governor of the region said.
In particular, 2.9 km of heating networks have been reconstructed this year and facilities in the central part of the city and the Karatal district have been reconnected to the district boiler houses No. 2 and No.3. Construction of a boiler house with a capacity of 49 Gcal/hour and a gas turbine station based on the Basquat boiler house has also begun. The implementation of these projects will make it possible to unload the Basquat boiler house by another 30%.
