Today, Vice Minister Alibek Zhamauov held a meeting with the population of the North Kazakhstan region, during which he spoke about the current situation in the fuel and energy complex of the region.
In the North Kazakhstan region, the only source of electric and thermal energy is the Petropavlovsk CHPP, with an electric capacity of 391.8 MW and a thermal capacity of 713 Gcal/hour. The physical wear of the main equipment of the station is 55.7%.
Today, the volume of electric energy production in the region has amounted to 2.236 billion. kWh. At the same time, the region's consumption is 1.675 billion. kWh.
Also, according to the Vice Minister, regarding the gasification of the region, in June 2022, Astana Gas KMG JSC developed a feasibility study for the construction of 2.3 stages of Saryarka, providing for gasification of Akmola and North Kazakhstan regions, at a cost of 188.5 billion tenge. The project can be implemented after the construction of the 2nd line of the Beineu - Bozoi–Shymkent mine.
As for the provision of liquefied petroleum gas and fuels and lubricants, which is also relevant, as Alibek Zhamauov noted, there is currently no shortage of them in the region.
The region has reserves of AI-92 gasoline – 6.69 thousand tons (27 days), AI-95 – 0.90 thousand tons (17 days), diesel fuel – 6.17 thousand tons (9 days). The average price in the region for AI-92 gasoline is 204 tenge/l, AI-95 – 255 tenge/l, diesel fuel – 294 tenge/l.
In order to prevent shortages and speculation in the sale of fuel and lubricants, akimats of cities and districts are conducting raid measures against gas stations. Replenishment is carried out according to supply agreements on a regular basis.
The Ministry is constantly monitoring the work on providing CIS and fuel products to the regions of the region and compliance with marginal prices.
The Vice Minister also held a personal reception for citizens, during which residents were able to receive detailed and complete answers to their questions.
After meeting with the population, the Vice Minister visited the CHP-2 in Petropavlovsk, where I got acquainted with the progress of the heating period.
