As a result of the incident, 29 people were hospitalized, including 3 children. Of these, 15 are Azerbaijani citizens, 9 are Russian citizens, 2 are Kyrgyz citizens, and the citizenship of 3 people is being clarified.

By order of the akimat of the Tupkaragan district, a local emergency regime has been introduced.
482 people, 97 pieces of equipment, 2 aircraft and 10 dog training teams are involved in the elimination of the consequences. Employees of the Ministries of Emergency Situations, Internal Affairs, Defense, the National Guard, the non-governmental fire service, the Disaster Medicine Center, emergency medical teams and local executive bodies are involved in the work.
Search and rescue operations are continuing with the participation of the canine services of the Ministry of Emergency Situations. Coordination and information exchange between the Emergencies Ministries of Kazakhstan, Russia and Azerbaijan is carried out via videoconference.
