Due to the emergency situation in Aktau, an operational headquarters has been established under the leadership of the akim of the region. The necessary conditions are being created for the victims, and there is a sufficient supply of medicines.
Mangystau Regional Multidisciplinary Hospital has prepared 30 surgical and trauma beds, as well as 10 intensive care beds. The regional children's hospital has 20 beds and 10 intensive care beds ready. In addition, additional beds are available in private clinics to receive victims.
A total of 60 surgical, trauma and somatic beds and 26 intensive care beds have been prepared.
A total of 29 people were injured. 27 people were taken to the Mangystau regional multidisciplinary hospital. The admission department is distributing incoming patients. 11 of the 27 injured are in serious condition and have been placed in intensive care. Two children were taken to the regional children's hospital.
The ambulance crew confirmed the deaths of four people at the crash site. The search for the remaining passengers continues.
