The regional forum "Ayaly azhe" was held in the City Palace of Culture. The deputy akim of the region, Zholdas Batyrkhan, took part in it.
The event brought together about 300 participants, including labor veterans, representatives of the Council of Grandmothers of the region, deputies of the regional and city maslikhats, activists of non-governmental organizations, members of the Council of Mothers of the APK, representatives of the Union of Businesswomen and the Union of Writers, cultural and educational workers, as well as youth.
The Forum has become a significant event aimed at reviving national values and strengthening family education. It is worth noting that its holding turned out to be part of a relay race that originates from the Turkestan region and continues to be implemented in all regions of our country. Aktobe region took over the baton from Kostanay region and handed it over to West Kazakhstan region. West Kazakhstan Region delegates arrived in our region to take over the baton.
Zholdas Batyrkhan congratulated the forum participants on its opening, noting the important role of the older generation in educating young people.
"Grandmothers have always occupied a special place in Kazakh society, playing an invaluable role in educating generations and preserving our national traditions. A grandmother is a support and mentor, a repository of wisdom and spirituality. She plays a key role in raising her grandchildren, passing on family traditions, values and life experiences to them. The grandmother's care and love form a stable bond between generations, helping children to absorb the best qualities and respect for their roots," the deputy akim said in his welcoming speech.
Chairman of the regional Council of Veterans Serik Shangutov and Chairman of the city association of grandmothers Batima Kenzhebayeva also spoke at the forum, noting that such events strengthen the bond of generations and inspire young people.
Within the framework of the forum, certificates of honor and letters of thanks were presented to women who made a significant contribution to the development of the region, actively participated in educating generations and popularizing national values. Their hard work and care have become an example for everyone.
After the end of the official part, the event continued with a bright concert program.
