In Shymkent, the city station, substations of Emergency medical services, polyclinics and hospitals received the keys to 22 units of sanitary vehicles.
A total of 106 teams provide emergency medical care to residents and guests of the city, including 28 doctors and 78 paramedic teams operating on the basis of 4 branches of the ambulance station and 10 substations.
The fourth category of outpatient calls is served by 58 city polyclinics, where the number of paramedic teams has been increased this year.
26 brigades are working in these organizations to provide calls of the fourth category, and another 25 vehicles are planned to be provided to the ambulance service in 2025.
Today, according to official statistics, the population of the third megacity is 1,244,415 people. Annually, the demographic growth of the city's residents averages up to 40 thousand people.
