A solemn meeting was held dedicated to the Day of Agricultural Workers – the holiday of those who, through their work, ensure the country's food security, create a base for economic growth and strengthen villages. Akim of the North Kazakhstan Region Gauez Nurmukhambetov congratulated the village workers on their professional holiday. This year, farmers, thanks to state support and tireless work, have harvested a record harvest of 6.2 million tons of grain with a yield of 18.6 kg/ha.
Agriculture is the basis of life, it is work that requires not only professionalism, but also patience, dedication and love for the land. During the meeting, on behalf of the President, he presented state awards to the best representatives of the industry for their contribution to the development of the agro-industrial complex. These are machine operators, agronomists, milkmaids, combine harvesters, drivers and farm directors. It is thanks to them that people consume high-quality and environmentally friendly products.
