Within the framework of the National project "Comfortable School" initiated by the Head of State, two modern schools were opened in Astana and Zhambyl region, designed for 2000 and 1200 student places.
They meet the most modern standards — from classrooms equipped with advanced technology to an accessible environment for children with special educational needs. There are also several canteens and spacious gyms, assembly halls, libraries, language and computer rooms, laboratories, workshops and coworking centers. Robotics classrooms, STEM labs and other innovative learning spaces are available to students. Enhanced child safety is ensured by CCTV cameras, turnstiles and alarm buttons.
It should be noted that this is the 10th comfortable school in a row, built in Astana, and the third in Zhambyl region. In total, 35 comfortable schools for 91 thousand places have been commissioned in Kazakhstan since the beginning of the year.
