The start of unauthorized construction of the Onyx-2 residential complex, located in the Nura district at 49 Chingiz Aitmatov Street, was stopped in the capital. The residential complex will be demolished, the official website of Astana Akimat reports.
The detection and suppression of the facts of illegal construction of residential complexes in the territories of the capital is carried out under the coordination of the Prosecutor's Office of Astana.
The customer has started construction and installation works at the facility without the appropriate land rights, design and estimate documentation that has been examined in accordance with the procedure established by law, maintenance of technical and author's supervision and notification of the start of construction and installation work, which in turn is a violation of the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Architectural, Urban Planning and Construction Activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan Kazakhstan".
Thus, the Office of Control and Quality of the Urban Environment in relation to developers takes measures to eliminate and prevent the identified violations.
