On December 23, the Chief of Police of the Almaty region held another reception for citizens at the regional branch of the Amanat party. The meeting was another confirmation of the commitment of law enforcement agencies to transparency and willingness to engage in dialogue with society.
The main purpose of the event was to identify the current problems of the region's residents and find ways to solve them. Citizens raised various issues related to law enforcement, protection of rights and legitimate interests, as well as other aspects of police activities.
The Chief of Police not only listened attentively to each applicant, but also gave appropriate instructions to his subordinates to promptly resolve the issues raised. Special attention was paid to complex cases requiring detailed consideration. All appeals were taken under his personal control.
