A training and methodological meeting was held in Astana under the leadership of the Director General of the Russian State State Enterprise "Military Technical School of the Ministry of Defense", retired Major General Adylbek Aldabergenov.
It was attended by heads of defense departments, directors, deputies and specialists of branches of military technical schools.
Major General Adylbek Aldabergenov, retired, and his deputies for military-patriotic work, financial and economic activities, and logistical support made reports on the activities of the Military Technical School and its branches.
"High-quality training of conscripts, military–trained reserves to replenish the country's mobilization resources and drivers of motor vehicles to fill positions that determine the combat readiness of units and subunits of the Armed Forces is the most important priority for military technical schools," said Colonel Nurmakhanbek Dyusebayev, acting head of the Department of Organizational and Mobilization Work of the General Staff.
These institutions also play an important role in terms of military-patriotic education. Marat Nagumanov, Deputy Director General of the Military Technical School of the Ministry of Defense and head of the Center for Military-Patriotic Education, retired Major General, spoke about this area of work. He recalled that in the coming year the country will celebrate the 80th anniversary of the Great Victory, so the military technical school also actively joined the work to perpetuate the feat of Kazakhstanis during the Great Patriotic War.
– Today, military technical schools are assigned the role of centers of military-patriotic education of the younger generation of Kazakhstanis. We instill in young people an understanding of the need to protect the Fatherland, develop their desire to be useful to the country and the people. And this is one of the most important components of the state's defense capability," M. Nagumanov specified.
By the end of 2024, the best branches were awarded with diplomas and a rolling pennant. The Semipalatinsk branch of the Military Technical School took the first place, the Karaganda branch took the second place, and the Aktobe branch took the third place.
It should be noted that since 2000, the Military Technical School of the Ministry of Defense has trained about 90 thousand military technical specialists.
