On New Year's Eve, residents in the village of Yernazar, Zhambyl district, gained access to centralized water supply. 1,643 people live in the village.
Akim of the district Yerlan Kydyralyuly congratulated the villagers on this event.
The old plumbing was in a dilapidated state. In 8 months, Baisyn-A LLP carried out work on the reconstruction of 25 km of water supply networks and the construction of a water tower.
- They brought water to our village. It's nice when the necessary conditions are created for people and people are taken care of," said Torekhan Kyrkymbayev, a resident of the village.
This year, water supply projects are being implemented in the villages of Bektobe, Kyzylsharyk, Ornek, Zhanaotkel. In 2025, the population of the district will be 100% provided with high-quality drinking water.
This year, water supply projects have been implemented in 25 settlements in Zhambyl region. As a result, the level of drinking water coverage increased to 97.1% (2023 - 94.9%).
