In the new year, everyone is waiting for magic and miracles, especially children. Akim of North Kazakhstan Region Gauez Nurmukhambetov congratulated large families of the regional center on the upcoming holiday. Dimash and Gazima Zhakupov have seven children, and Svetlana Kulaga is the mother of eight kids.
At the perinatal center, the head of the region congratulated mothers with many children Asemgul Sagitova and Manat Makhanbetalieva on the joyful event of the birth of babies. Both became mothers of six children. Other mothers also accepted congratulations. Akim of the region wished them good health, happiness and harmony in the family.
Our region actively supports the health of mothers and newborns by providing high-quality medical care and care at all stages. All conditions have been created in the center, and a team of 53 experienced doctors is working. Also, 10 obstetricians and gynecologists are trained in residency at the expense of the budget, which helps to strengthen the medical personnel potential of the region.
In 2024, 4.2 thousand children were born in our region. We also provide support to families who dream of having children. Modern methods such as IVF are used within the framework of the "Kazakh Sabi" program, implemented on behalf of the Head of State. Thanks to this project, 102 children have brought happiness to North Kazakhstan families this year alone.
There are 7.4 thousand large families in the region. Those with many children receive benefits, targeted social assistance, benefits, free travel, are provided with housing, and can also take advantage of a preferential mortgage. These measures are aimed at improving the quality of life of those with many children and creating comfortable conditions for raising children.
