Today, December 26, a ceremonial handover of keys to new residents of an apartment building at 1 Sechenov Street took place in the city of Rudny. The event was attended by the Akim of Kostanay Region Kumar Aksakalov, the Akim of Rudny, the Chairman of the Board of JSC Kazakhstan Housing Company, the General Director of JSC Rudnysokolovstroy, media representatives, as well as residents and guests of the house.
The long-awaited keys to new apartments were received by those on the waiting list. These are large families, families raising children with disabilities, single-parent families and employees of budgetary organizations. All of them took advantage of the preferential lending terms of JSC Otbasy Bank and entered into purchase and sale agreements.
The new residential building was built by JSC Rudnysokolovstroy. The total area of the house is 3456.14 m², and the total number of apartments is 45. Among them are one-, two-, three- and four-room options.
In his speech, Kumar Aksakalov noted that providing citizens with affordable housing is one of the region's priority tasks:
"We are doing everything possible so that as many families as possible can improve their housing conditions. Today, those on the waiting list not only received their own square meters, but also confidence in the future. This work will continue next year."
The ceremony ended with the presentation of keys and warm congratulations for the new residents, for whom today marked the beginning of a new chapter in their lives.
