The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter referred to as the Ministry) is currently conducting an analysis of the regulatory impact (hereinafter referred to as the ARB) in the field of regulation of legal consultants in accordance with Article 83 of the Entrepreneurial Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter referred to as the PK).
In order to improve the legal regulation of the activities of legal consultants, the Ministry plans to hold public discussions at 15:00 p.m. on 10.01.2025 in the House of Ministries at the address: Astana, Mangilik El str., 8, entrance 13, office 1039.
The discussions are aimed at identifying administrative barriers and finding solutions to improve the quality of legal services.
Representatives of the legal and scientific communities, as well as citizens who have suggestions and comments on current legislation, will be able to participate in the discussions.
The discussions will provide an opportunity to express opinions and positions, which will help to develop agreed proposals.
Based on the results of the discussion, it is planned to prepare recommendations on changing legislation in the field of legal aid.
The Ministry welcomes any constructive proposals that will make it possible to develop balanced recommendations for improving legal regulation.
