This year, more than 560,000 square meters have been commissioned in the region, and the living conditions of more than five thousand Akmola families have improved. This was stated at a reporting meeting with the population of Kokshetau by akim of the region Marat Akhmetzhanov.
Over the past three years, 11 budget houses, or 515 apartments, have been commissioned in Kokshetau. This year, 2 rental and 11 loan houses were commissioned, which is twice as much as last year.
This year, a unique opportunity has appeared, initiated by the Head of State, a new housing purchase program for socially vulnerable segments of the population. This mechanism allows you to quickly resolve housing issues for large families, orphans and other categories of citizens. In general, 850 apartments have been purchased in the region this year, 318 of them in the regional center.
Also this year, a housing renovation program was launched in Kokshetau.
"In general, there are 11 local areas in Kokshetau, in which 136 dilapidated houses will be renovated in stages. These measures will create new social and housing facilities, a harmonious architectural style, landscaped areas, parks, playgrounds. Thus, we will get a new look of the city," Marat Akhmetzhanov emphasized.
