A BRANCH OF MENDELEEV UNIVERSITY HAS OPENED IN TARAZ
The grand opening of the branch of the D.I. Mendeleev Russian University of Chemical Technology took place in Taraz.
At the opening ceremony, the ribbons were cut by Akim of Zhambyl region Yerbol Karashukeyev, Vice Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan Talgat Yeshenkulov, General Director of Kazphosphate LLP Evgeny Pak and Acting Rector of D.I. Mendeleev RCTU Evgeny Rumyantsev.
Akim of Zhambyl region Yerbol Karashukeyev made a welcoming speech, who noted that the opening of a branch of the Russian Technical Technical University is one of the main steps towards the prosperity of the chemical industry. He also announced that this initiative is the result of real work aimed at fulfilling the instructions of the President of the country Kassym-Jomart Tokayev on opening branches of the country's leading foreign universities.
Vice Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan Talgat Yeshenkulov, reading a congratulatory letter from Minister Sayasat Nurbek, noted that the educational institution is a unique educational platform that allows improving the personal qualities of the younger generation, mastering knowledge and experience, and forming friendly relations.
In turn, the acting rector of the D.I. Mendeleev Russian State Technical University, Yevgeny Rumyantsev, noted that in the field of chemistry there is a task of training specialists and scientific personnel at the level of international educational standards capable of solving scientific, technological and production tasks.
Chairman of the Board – Rector of Dulati University Mukhtar Baizhumanov noted that in order to develop international cooperation in education, training highly qualified personnel in the field of chemistry, the opening of a branch of RCTU in Kazakhstan is one of the most useful initiatives for the population.
The established branch of the D.I.Mendeleev Russian University of Chemical Technology in Taraz with the support of the industrial partner-the leader of Kazakhstan in the production of phosphorous mineral fertilizers Kazphosphate LLP will provide training for highly qualified specialists in the field of chemical engineering and industry.
