If the annual cumulative limit reaches 170 AEK, the lease agreement is concluded for 1 year with the possibility of extension to 3 years annually.
What should I do if the permanent registration in Shymkent is less than 3 years old?
To apply, the applicant must have been registered in Shymkent within the last 3 years. It is enough if the family members are registered in the city.
What is the procedure for reviewing documents?
After the documents are accepted, they are checked for completeness, quality and compliance with all requirements. In case of insufficient documents, the applicant will receive a notification. The applicant is obliged to provide the missing documents within 5 working days from the date of receipt of the notification. If the documents are not provided or do not meet the requirements, they will be returned. The documents that have passed the competition will be distributed on the basis of a point system for housing provision.
