Within the framework of the environmental program "Taza Kazakhstan", a meeting of eco-activist, volunteer and eco-entrepreneur of the project "Eco Habits" Lyudmila Evzhenkova and the head of the regional front office of volunteers Aidos Adilbekov with activists of the scientific ecological club "Zhasyl Tolkyn" was organized at the Higher School of Economics named after S. Amanzholov. The event was organized to discuss respect for nature and the implementation of the Taza Kazakhstan program in the region.
Lyudmila Evzhenkova shared her experience in introducing environmentally conscious habits and inspired young people to take active actions to protect the environment. The participants of the meeting learned about practical steps that will help preserve nature and ensure a sustainable future. Aidos Adilbekov spoke about the development of the program, plans for educational events and attracting young people to volunteer initiatives.
Since the beginning of the Taza Kazakhstan program, more than 541 thousand people have participated in the clean-up, 6.5 thousand units of equipment have been involved. Work was carried out to clean up 204 parks and squares, 323 historical and cultural monuments and 859 social facilities. 7 thousand reservoirs, 26 fountains and 370 km of irrigation ditches have been cleaned. As part of the program, 29 thousand tons of garbage were removed from 82 thousand courtyards. More than 105 thousand seedlings were planted in settlements and the forest fund of the region.
New promotions such as "Taza beisenbi" and "TazaLike" were also approved, and a special bot was launched on July 5 for the convenience of submitting applications. Since the launch of the platform, more than 290 appeals have been received from residents of the region, which have been successfully completed by the administrations of cities and districts. The organization of events under the "Taza Kazakhstan" program continues.
