The Department of Youth Policy of Astana city held a competition "The best young family-2024", the official website of the capital's akimat reports.
Speaking and participating in this competition, Deputy Chairman of the Commission on Women's Affairs and Family and Demographic Policy under the Mayor's Office of Astana Nazgul Makzhanova noted that the preservation of the integrity of the Motherland is inextricably linked with the peace of every family.
"The family is the basis of any state, the basis of the upbringing of generations. Both love for the native country and the land, as well as patriotism, are rooted in the family. Today's competition is also intended to serve as an example for families who worthily continue the continuity of hard work, moral education, and good traditions. All the participants of this competition are those who have succeeded in various fields, glorified and revered the dynasty. We hope that one day they will become a mirror of society," Nazgul Seitkozhaevna said.
More than 60 families applied for participation in the competition. 10 families who were selected from the intellectual tournament for family couples got to the final stage and tried their hand at the creative competition "best young family".
The competition was attended by Deputy Chairman of the Commission on Women's Affairs and Family and Demographic Policy Nazgul Makzhanova, chairman of the Public Association "Zhaina Astana" Mukhtar Yerketayev, winner of the contest "Best Young Family-2023" Gauhar Saduakasova and heads of youth organizations.
By the decision of the jury, the Koshenov family was recognized as the winner and received a certificate for 700 thousand tenge and the main prize. The second place went to the Zholdibayev family-450 thousand tenge, the third place went to the Sametov family-350 thousand tenge. Each of the other participants was awarded a cash prize and a letter of thanks for 100 thousand tenge.
