Police officers, together with employees of district akimats, the Department of Education and the Commission on Women's Affairs and Family and Demographic Policy under the Mayor's Office of Astana, check parks and squares, computer clubs, cafes - places where teenagers appear. During the inspections, the facts of minors being in entertainment establishments unaccompanied by legal representatives at night are revealed.
As part of the raid measures, 165 underage teenagers were taken to the district police departments, of which 6 minors were registered.
During the OPM, 151 administrative offenses were revealed, including 109 facts under Article 442 Part 2 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Minors staying at night in entertainment establishments or outside their homes unaccompanied by legal representatives."
The children's legal representatives were brought to administrative responsibility. At the same time, the owners of entertainment establishments were also held accountable for allowing children without parents or persons replacing them after 22.00 hours.
Recall that under article 442. The Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Kazakhstan prohibits the presence and admission of minors unaccompanied by legal representatives in entertainment establishments from 22.00 to 6.00 hours, and from 23.00 to 6.00 hours minors are prohibited from being outside the home unaccompanied by legal representatives.
Raid events are held in order to raise the level of legal awareness and culture in society, promote the principles of legality and zero tolerance for any offenses.
