On October 31, in 88 cities of the country, the project on automation of public services for issuing primary licensing documentation and technical specifications will be launched in a pilot mode. This tool increases the transparency of the provision of this Regulated Service.

When receiving technical specifications, the display of engineering networks and free capacities will also be available to users. The owner of the land plot can apply for connection to engineering networks without fear of unjustified refusal. This will increase the transparency of the civil service.
