ON DECEMBER 9, THE ACCEPTANCE OF DOCUMENTS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE COMPETITION FOR AWARDING GRANTS TO THE MAGISTRACY WILL BEGIN
On December 9, the acceptance of documents for participation in the competition for awarding educational grants to the master's degree will begin. It will be held until December 13 (inclusive) through university admissions committees, including through virtual commissions.
About 10 thousand applicants passed comprehensive testing for admission to the master's program. The threshold score was scored by 32% of applicants. The average score is 71 points in the scientific and pedagogical direction and 24 points in the profile. The maximum score is 135.
According to the test results, the results of 38 participants were canceled for violating the rules. Among them, 25 applicants were not allowed to be tested for attempts to carry smartphones, cheat sheets and other prohibited items. 12 people were removed from the classrooms for violating the rules during testing, and their results were also canceled. Also, according to the results of checking the test videos, the points of 1 person were canceled. No front persons have been found.
The republican Appeals Commission received 5.5 thousand applications for appeal, of which 5.1 thousand in terms of content, 344 for technical reasons. According to the decision of the appeals commission, 54 unique test tasks were satisfied, of which 44 questions on content, 10 for technical reasons.
To enter the master's program in the scientific and pedagogical direction, it is necessary to score at least 75 points, and 30 points for the profile direction.
Educational grants for Master's degree are awarded on a competitive basis based on the results of comprehensive testing.
Acceptance of documents for the grant competition will be carried out from December 9 to December 13 through university admissions committees, including online through virtual commissions. That is, future undergraduates are given the opportunity to choose a convenient way to submit documents.
To participate in the competition, you must submit the following documents: a copy of your identity card, a document of higher education (diploma and appendix), a CT certificate and international certificates confirming proficiency in a foreign language (if available). A medical certificate in the form 075/y must be submitted to the university upon admission.
When applying, the applicant can specify one group of educational programs and three higher educational institutions.
Applicants to the master's program can apply for 4 thousand state educational grants.
The lists of holders of an educational grant for a master's degree will be published by December 25 on the official website and social networks of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the National Testing Center.
Enrollment for future undergraduates is held from December 26 to January 10, 2025.
