Russia has submitted to Kazakhstan a Plan for launching spacecraft from the Baikonur cosmodrome for 2025

In accordance with the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Russian Federation dated November 18, 1999 on the procedure for submitting and receiving an opinion (approval) on plans for launching spacecraft and test launches of rockets from the Baikonur cosmodrome, the Russian Side transmitted through diplomatic channels a Plan for launching spacecraft for 2025.
In 2025, launches will be carried out within the framework of:
the state program of the Russian Federation "Space Activity of Russia";
international cooperation programs;
commercial projects.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan informed that the provided plan does not include launches of military spacecraft, as well as test launches of missiles from the Baikonur cosmodrome.
The presented plan emphasizes the continuation of close cooperation between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation in the space sector, as well as compliance with international norms and principles of transparency.
